Timing & payment
Standard allows up to five days, Rush up to 24 hours, and Urgent up to three hours from confirmed payment. Standard requests can pay immediately, then Tío Papi reviews and accepts or declines. Rush and Urgent are subject to availability; availability is not guaranteed. These requests need acceptance before payment. Acceptance never charges you, and video work begins only after confirmed payment. After you choose to pay, the confirmed payment starts your selected delivery countdown.
Three-hour service guarantee
For the three-hour offer, delivery after three hours from confirmed payment qualifies for a $50 refund from the $100 payment. If the video is still undelivered 24 hours after confirmed payment, the full $100 is due back, including any earlier partial refund. An expired approval requires a fresh availability decision before payment.
Urgent payment is paused. You can submit an Urgent request for availability review, but it cannot be purchased until its background refund safeguards are ready.
Keep it friendly
Anniversaries, graduations and friendly roasts welcome. Birthday and holiday occasions are welcome without birthday greetings or holiday slogans.
No harassment or threats. Messaging may be restricted for rule violations; refund eligibility is unchanged. No politics, violence, hate, cruelty, or comments on sexuality or sexual behavior. Tío Papi uses his own style. You’ll review and approve the script before recording.
Clear expectations
Choose your requested timing below. The requested delivery countdown starts after confirmed payment; faster options are subject to availability. Declined or unfulfilled requests receive a full refund. Before script approval, cancellation with a reason closes the request automatically and requests a full refund. After script approval, cancellation and refund requests require owner review. Eligible before-script cancellations request an automatic Stripe refund; a refund is only confirmed when Stripe reports success. Completed videos matching the agreement are final; dislike alone is not grounds for a refund. Message us for corrections or playback help.
